Wendi Jordan, 49, of Springtown, Tx, passed away Thursday morning, January 3, 2019, after a long and fearless battle with Metastatic Breast cancer. Funeral Service: Tuesday, January 8, 2019, 1:00 PM at White's Funeral Chapel Interment: Peaster Cemetery, Peaster, Texas Wendi was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Texas where she met her husband and soul mate, Wes Jordan, at the young age of 18. They were married and built their life together raising two sons. Wendi was an avid fan of Rodeo and off-road motorcycle racing and an even bigger fan of Alabama football. She was a home maker that started her own business in child care, taking in infant children of local coaches and school teachers. She truly loved what she did with the kids and loved each as if they were her own, some of them in high school now. Wendi is survived by her husband of 30 years, Wes Jordan, her two sons Cole and Jake, Brother in-law, Will Jordan, Ronnie and Jo Ayers, mother and father in-law, Bob and Linda Jordan. She helped raise all the young children from the time they were eight weeks old to the time they started kindergarten . Everyone that knew her said only one thing, “She was a tender soul and such a sweet lady that always looked for the good in everyone she encountered." She is in Heaven today with her sweet Lord and Savior; and if asked she would say, “I ain’t Comin’ Back.......”
