William was born in Gilroy, California to William and Mildred Blackie Anness July 24, 1941. He was very active in his hometown of Azle.
William was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife.
Survivors: daughter, Diane L. Woollenweber (Stan); sons, Wayne Woollenweber (Tana), Ronald Woollenweber; and daughter, Billie Jean Hickey (Bruce); faithful dog, Pee Wee.
