Tracey Jo Dobbins

Tracey Jo Dobbins, lovingly known as “Mini,” passed away surrounded by love on Sunday, April 19, 2026.

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at White’s Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.

Tracey will be laid to rest at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Greenwood Community Cemetery in Weatherford, Texas.

A celebration of life will be held in Houston, Texas, at a later date.

Tracey was born January 24, 1966 in Cleburne. Though small in stature, she was a true force of nature who fiercely loved her family, friends, and her books.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Tracey was preceded in death by her father, Walter Alfred Dobbins; and her daughter, Megan Norris.

She is survived by her partner, Tim Devlin; daughter, Tara Norris; son, John Norris, daughter‑in‑law, Jenny; grandsons, Akada and Benjamin; brother, Jason Dobbins; and parents, Janeth and Don Fox.
