Born on September 10,1976, in Dallas, Texas, Thelma was the cherished daughter of Ruth Martinez and Gabriel Chavarria.

Thelma was a devoted and loving mother to her four children: Cecelia Perez, Ricardo Romero, Luis Raymundo, and Eric Raymundo. She was also a proud grandmother to Javier Perez, Jayden Perez, Krystal Perez, Kamilah Perez, Yariel Romero, Skarlet Romero, Noah Romero, Adrian Romero, and Thalia Romero.

Her family was the center of her world. Thelma will be remembered for her compassion, kindness, and selfless heart. She never hesitated to help those in need and gave endlessly without expecting anything in return. Her love touched countless lives, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
