Terry Joe Downs

Terry Downs, 55, of Peaster passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018.Funeral Service:  11 a.m. Wednesday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.  Interment:  Dilbeck Cemetery, Peaster.Visitation:  5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home.Terry was born in Fort Worth on June 14, 1962 to Jean Alston and Charles Downs.  He devoted his life to being a loving son and father, an amazing Pepaw, and a caring friend to all. Terry will be missed by many.He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Alston; and sister, Crystal Light.He is survived by his mother, Jean Alston; daughters, Kasandra Downs and husband Jimmy, Jennifer Aviles and husband, Omar, and Katrina Dent; grandchildren, Makynnah, Alexa, Kylie, Mya, Shaylynn and Gunner; sister, Joyce Sherrin;  step-sister, Tamara Stewart; and many other family and friends.
