Susan Elaine Steel, 76, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, due to complications from an underlying lung condition.

Visitation: 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at White's Azle Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at White's Azle Chapel, Azle, 76020.

Interment will follow at Jaybird Cemetery.

Susan was a deeply loving woman with an incredible sense of humor. Throughout her life, she explored many occupations, but she especially enjoyed dabbling in arts and crafts. She worked primarily in insurance claims and as a hairdresser, where her warmth and personality left a lasting impression on many.

Her faith kept her optimistic and grounded throughout her life. She loved Jesus and lived by the belief of loving others wholeheartedly.

Susan is survived by her devoted husband, Wade Steel; her sons, Josh and Stephen; her daughters-in-law, Rachel and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Kazdon, Tristin, Onnah, Jacob, Matthew, and Ben; and her great-grandchildren, Holly and Elaina.

Susan was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
