Stephanie Dawn Mendenhall

Stephanie Dawn Mendenhall, of De Leon, Texas passed away on May 13, 2026, at the age of 58. She was born on November 27, 1967.

Stephanie had a special love for animals of all kinds and found great happiness spending time outdoors, especially sitting by a lake or pool soaking up the sunshine. Above all, Stephanie loved our Lord and Savior and carried her faith with her throughout her life.

She will be remembered for her caring spirit, her love of family, and the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her father, Larry Mendenhall of Stephenville; and her sister, Jennifer Dunn of Odessa.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Clark and husband, Lyman, of Branson. She is also survived by her loving siblings, Lisa Jordan of Odessa, Lana “Micki” Mendenhall Yancey and husband, Kevin, of Odessa, Lance Mendenhall and wife, Katrina, of Midland, Craig Eicher and wife, Kristi, of Gardendale, Josh Mendenhall and wife, Brooke, of Dublin, Jacob Mendenhall and wife, Drew, of Burleson, and Jackson Mendenhall and fiancée, Shelby Hyde, of Stephenville. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will deeply miss her.
