Sherry Jean Leath, 71, passed away December 5, 2021, in Fort Worth. Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 13, 2021 at North Park Baptist Church in North Richland Hills. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, December 12, 2021 at White’s Chapel in Springtown. Interment: 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 13, 2021 in Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle. She was born April 6, 1950 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to B.J. Freeman and Vita Adams. Sherry married the love of her life, Bill Leath, January 31, 1970. Her first love was her family, her grandchildren brought her so much joy. She loved being a Naw Naw. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, B. J. and Vita Adams Freeman andher brother, Joe Freeman. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Leath, children, William “Billy” Leath (Shawn), Tammy Rasco (Marty), Marc Leath and John Leath; grandchildren, Amanda Goen (Payton), D. J. Johnson (Stori). Shelby Cutchen (Cody), Lauryn Rasco and Tyler Marie Leath; great-grandchildren, Kole Goen, Krew Johnson and Bodhi Cutchen; brother, Jack Freeman (Debbie), sister, Sabrina Freeman; and many nieces and nephews. She was loved and will be missed and remembered by relatives and friends who knew her.
