Sharon Gayle Rodgers Goble, 79, of Azle, Texas passed away Monday October 11, 2021. A gathering for remembrance will be held Sunday October 17, 2021 from 5-7pm followed by the funeral service on Monday October 18, 2021 at 2pm; both services will be at White’s Funeral Home in Azle, TX. Sharon was born in Brownwood, TX on March 18, 1942 the daughter of Elmer and Mildred Rodgers. She grew up in Coleman, TX and graduated from Coleman High School in 1960 and attended North Texas University graduating with a lifetime teaching certificate. She married Fred Goble in 1981 and they celebrated 40 years of marriage together. Sharon was a member of the Oak Harbor Women’s Club and other social organizations. Sharon was known for her ‘gift of gab’ and warm personality. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her spouse, Fred Goble; their two children, Kristi Barber and fiancé, Paul Muzny of Caldwell, and Andy Hausenfluke and wife, Christina; and their two boys Tyler and Wyatt Hausenfluke of Arlington; along with one brother, Gary Rodgers and his wife, Cheryl of Grand Prairie; and one sister, Patsy Jackson of San Angelo; nephew, Tal Jackson and wife, Kristi of Aledo; and niece, Takoma Jackson of San Angelo; and her two daughters, Sarah and Lindsey, along with numerous friends.
