Sandra Kay Howell Ault

Sandra Kay Howell Ault, age 73, loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away Tuesday, August 23rd, at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral Service: 2 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2022, at White’s Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 28, 2022, at White’s Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown. Interment: Following service, Monday, August 29, 2022 in Springtown Cemetery, Springtown. Sandra was born in Fort Worth on April 7th, 1949 to Claude Lanham and Dorothy Brawley Howell. She was raised in Springtown, and graduated from Springtown High School in 1967. Prior to graduating, she began working in the family business, Howell’s Café, and continued there for more than 50 years. She stayed at the Café because her family was important to her, and she loved being able to meet and talk with people every day. She was known for her laugh and you could hear her laughing a mile away. Sandra raised her six children in Springtown, and worked very hard to take care of them and provide a good home. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and spent as much time with them as she could. Over the years, Sandra has touched many lives, and she will be missed by all who knew her. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Claude and Dorothy Howell, brother Ronnie Howell, and brother in law Todd Grimes. She is survived by son Tracey Howell and wife Kelley of Springtown, daughter Elina Wilkerson of Springtown, daughter Vanessa Wilkerson of Springtown, daughter Teressa Wilkerson of Springtown, son Michael Wilkerson and wife Annie of Springtown, and daughter Miranda Landers and husband Jason of Springtown; husband Wayne Wilkerson; sisters Linda Grimes of Azle, and Shirley Fletcher of Springtown; sister in law Pam Howell; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandkids and many other loving family members and friends.
