Ruby May Wren

Ruby Wren passed away January 22, 2018.  She was born April 8, 1931, to Raymond and Lois Richey in Fisher County, Texas. Funeral Service - First Baptist Church - Springtown, Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 10:00 AM.  No public visitation. Ruby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and talented musician (piano, organ and guitar).  She spent her time playing piano for nursing home residents and traveled to Branson, Missouri, in a motor home to listen to gospel music.  Ruby enjoyed watching "I Love Lucy" and Carol Burnett".  She was a high-spirited person who stayed on the move.  She loved traveling to 48 states, Russia, China and Japan and lived in Turkey and Belgium.  She was a very resilient lady. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Vicki Everts and Sister, Ophelia Doughit She is survived by her husband:  Boyd Wren; son:  Lynn Everts (Michele); daughter:  Tammy Strickland (Ken); Special Nephew:  Truman Brooks; Crystal Everts, Summer Kunard, T. J. Furrh, Creed Everts, Chele Everts, Brandon Strickland, Whitney Newman, and Four Great-Grandchildren.
