Roy Dean Harrington

Roy Dean Harrington left this world on February 27, 2022 following a short illness at 92 years old. 

Roy will be honored in a graveside ceremony at Hittson Cemetery in Mineral Wells, Texas, on Wednesday March 2nd at 2pm.

Roy was a fierce brother, father, spouse, and friend. Roy was not often loud, owning a strong, stoic voice, but his absence is deafening. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Fletcher and Minnie Cook Harrington; and his siblings, John F. Harrington, Charles W. “Rusty” Harrington, and Louise Harrington Argumaniz. 

He is survived by his wife, Lu Ann Harrington, née Sommerfeld, and his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all of his extended family. He was the heart of our family. 

He will be deeply and profoundly missed.
