They combined families including his two boys, Kyle and Terry Miller, and her two girls, Heather Kent and Tiffany Chapman, and together they had one child, Mitzi Mann. They made their home in Santo. Rowe was a man of many talents and had many careers including: professional athlete, Fort Worth fireman, contractor/carpenter, upholsterer, rancher, and entrepreneur. He enjoyed cooking/BBQ-ing, flying personal airplanes, working with his hands on any project his family or friends had, snow skiing any chance he could, camping, being with his family, and playing with his grandbabies. Rowe never met a stranger, and always had a few good stories or “Rowe-isms” to share with anyone who wanted to listen. He is preceded in death by both his mother and father. Rowe will forever be remembered by his loving wife, Anita Miller; his children and their spouses, Kyle and Medbh Miller, Terry and Danielle Miller, Heather and Ben Kent, Tiffany and Cody Chapman, Mitzi and Devon Mann; grandchildren, Haley Chilvers, Mason Miller, Sarah Miller, Tracy Miller, Alex Miller, Averie Kent, Breklyn Chapman, Kadence and Myles Mann; brothers and their spouses, Ron and Carol Miller, and Regan and Robin Miller; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends; and Bandit, his loyal German Shepherd.
