To Live Stream Funeral Service Click Here Robert Joe Vogle, 84, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 in Azle. Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 21, 2022 at White's Azle Chapel, Azle. Interment: Friday, January 21, 2022 at Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle. Bob was born in Springfield, Illinois July 10, 1937 to Oscar and Mary Pauline Vogle. He was a proud member of the Abraham Lincoln Council- Boy Scouts of America achieving his Eagle Scout rank. Bob joined the United States Air Force in 1954, he retired in 1976 at the rank of Tech Sargent. During his time in the Air Force he traveled to many different parts of the world, while in Germany he met Mary and they later married in 1969. He had a deep love for his family and always wanted to share stories of his life's adventures. Bob had a passion for trains of all types. He spent much of his retirement building model railroads at home. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Vogle; father, Oscar Vogle; sisters, Evelyn and Linda; brothers, George and Lawrence. Survivors: Wife, Mary Vogle; son, Damian; grandson, Joseph; and granddaughter, Sara.
