Richard Wharton

Richard (Randy) Randall Wharton Sr., age 58, loving husband, father, grandfather, and son passed away July 26, 2022 at a hospital in Weatherford. Randy was born November 23, 1963 at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth to Arnold Benton and Marsha Ann McDonald Wharton. He grew up in the Fort Worth area, attending Richland High School. Randy met his wife Debbie in the Summer of 84 and were later married in 86. Randy raised his three children in Springtown after moving there in 93, working as a heavy machinery mover, welder, and fitter fabricator. Randy was always fond of spending time with family, creating memories camping, fishing, and overall outdoor activities.. Over the years, Randy has touched many lives, and he will be missed by all who knew him. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Marsha Wharton. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Debbie Wharton of Springtown; sons, Richard Wharton Jr. and wife Laura, Casey Wharton and wife Bridget of Arlington, and Wesley Wharton and wife Kaitlin of Springtown; grandchildren, Nicholas Wharton, Makenzie Wharton, and Oliver Wharton; as well as many other extended family and friends.
