Pat was a gentle, caring and loving soul, but yet the strongest man we have ever known. He only thought of others and how he could help. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hoyt; son, Jeff Hoyt; parents Gerald and Helen Hoyt; and brother, Mark Hoyt. Survivors: Wife, Melissa C. Hoyt; children, Rebecca Lee, John Gerald Hoyt, Amanda Miller and Tiffany Jones; grandchildren, oldest, Bryce Auston Hoyt and 12 others; one great-grandchild; siblings, Mike Hoyt and Ann McDowell; many other family members and friends. May he wear his dancing boots to dance his way into Heaven.
