Michael Ray Harvey, 67, went to Heaven on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Harris Methodist Hospital, Fort Worth, Texas,
surrounded by the love of his family.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 18, 2025 at First Baptist Church in Springtown, Texas.
Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, December 18, 2025 at First Baptist Church in Springtown, Texas.
Interment: Thursday, December 18, 2025 in Springtown, Cemetery.
Michael was born on September 18, 1958, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to Corbett and Leatrice Harvey. He was raised in both Ohio and Indiana, places that shaped his hardworking spirit and genuine kindness.
He graduated from Howe High School in 1976, later earning an Associate's Degree in Arts & Science from Weatherford College in 2005. Michael dedicated his career to serving others through his work as a Mechanical Engineer.
On April 2, 1985, he married Anna, and together they built a beautiful life. They started their family in Indiana and Massachusetts before settling in Texas, where they raised their children and created countless cherished memories.
Michael proudly served his country as a Marine, earning the Rifle Sharpshooter Badge. His service reflected the strength, discipline, and loyalty he carried throughout his life.
He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Springtown, where he found community, purpose, and joy. He was a proud member of the choir where he could rejoice and praise the Lord.
Michael was a God fearing man. He lived life with enthusiasm. He loved being surrounded by family, laughing with others, tending to his garden, and making the people around him feel cared for... and food.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Corbett and Leatrice, and siblings Larry, Cheryl, Lorraine, and Virginia.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Anna, and his children and their spouses: Michael (Amber), Ricky (Kourtney), Joshua (Eleni), Misty (TJ), Rachael (Austin), and honorary daughter Tara. His siblings: Randall, Kenneth, Corbette, Les, Mildred. He was a proud grandfather to Alexis, Jacob, Savannah, Caiden, Jayson, Hayden, Keeley, Haizley, Brooklyn, Temperance, Billy, Abbie, and Nova- each one a light in his life.
Michael's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to God, family, and country.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
