Mary Fae Stover passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 in Weatherford, Texas at the Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center, where she had resided for the past three years.
Mary was born in Haskell, Texas on November 10, 1930, to J. A. and Rose B. (Corley) Wright. She married Henry L. "Buddy" Stover in Fort Worth on December 23, 1946. Mary had a servant's heart and worked as a nurse's aide in Haskell and Montague County.
Following the death of her husband of 51 years, she retired to Pittsburg, Texas to live with her sister, Patricia and later moved to Weatherford, Texas.
She is survived by her sisters, Rosa Lee Briscoe (Midland) and Patricia Anderson (Pittsburg) and brothers, Robert Wright (Lockney), Roy Wright (Haskell) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant twin brother, three sisters and five brothers.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford, Texas.
Services will be Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in White's Chapel of Memories, Weatherford, Texas.
Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Montague Cemetery in Montague, Texas.
