Mary Ann Cooper, 87, died peacefully at home in Springtown, Texas, Friday, April 3, 2026.

Graveside Service: 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at Oklahoma Lane Cemetery, 443 FM 1731 Farwell, Texas, 79325.

Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at White’s Funeral Home Chapel, 401 N. Main Street, Springtown, Texas, 76082.

Mary Ann was born on March 10, 1939 to Arvil Neal Walls and Abbie Myrtle (Rippetoe) Walls in Clovis, New Mexico. She attended Farwell, Texas schools and graduated in 1957. She married Larry Cooper in 1959 and later attended Draughn’s Business College in Abilene, Texas.

She later became a well-known antique dealer and for 19 years would be found at the Azle Antique Mall.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her sons, Christopher Cary Cooper, who passed away in 2005 and Robin Royce Cooper, who passed away in 2020; her brother Neal Walls and her sister, Dean Rickard.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Larry Joe Cooper; her brother, Mitchell Walls and wife Naomi of Farwell, Tx.; Grandsons, Benjamin Bradley Cooper and wife Suisan of Fort Worth, Tx., Ryan Reeves Cooper of Springtown, Tx., Neal Nolan Cooper and wife Blair of Azle, Tx.; and Great-grandson,  Cary Cort Cooper of Azle, Tx.
