Marilynn M. Hamilton

Marilynn MacKinder Hamilton passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at her home in Weatherford. Funeral Service: 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 17, 2022, White’s Chapel of Memories, Weatherford. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth. Marilynn was born May 28, 1946 in LaFayette, Georgia, daughter of Clarence O. and Martha Cobb MacKinder. As a young woman, Marilynn enjoyed playing the piano and ballet dance. Later, she enjoyed scuba diving and exploring with her husband in their RV. She loved to crochet and made beautiful blankets. She loved the blue skies of Colorado. While she had many interests, her first love was her family, she loved spending time with her grandkids. Marilynn worked for many years in the Service Library for Lockheed Martin. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Susie Hicks; and mother-in-law, Mozelle Whited She is survived by her husband, Guy Hamilton; son, James Harrison & wife, Josel; daughter, Angela Watson and husband, Johnie; granddaughters, Kaleigh, Kristyn, Megan and Jayde; grandsons, Mike and Dillan; and brother, Jim Mackinder. Over the years, Marilynn touched countless lives and she will be missed by all who knew her.
