Graveside Service: 11 a.m. Monday, August 25, 2025 at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy., Weatherford.

Luther was born July 29, 1935 in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, son of Joseph Clyde and Willie Lois (Rogers) Garren.
