Lloyd Ray Blackburn, 86, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 at his home in Weatherford. Graveside Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas. Lloyd was born March 8, 1935 in Dunn, North Carolina, son of Clarence and Lily Mae Carr Blackburn. He proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1974, retiring as a Tech Sergeant at Lackland Air Force Base.
