Linda Carol Tatum

Linda Carol Tatum, 76, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, in Fort Worth.

Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8 P.M. Sunday, March 8, 2026, at White’s Azle Chapel in Azle

Graveside Service will be held Monday, March 9, 2026, at Springtown Cemetery.

Linda Tatum was born in Weatherford Texas, on November 15, 1949, to Herman and Evelyn Neely. She graduated from Poolville High School in 1967. Linda married Larry Tatum November 28, 1968. They were married 57 Years. 

Linda is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Tatum; 3 daughters, Michele Nelson, Melissa Eggleston, and Brandi Tatum and two favorite sons-in-law, Robert Nelson and Kurt Eggleston; 4 grandsons, Colton Barrett, Jackson Barret, Reese Davis, and Christian Dobbs; and 2 granddaughters, Bailey Nelson and Lillie Eggleston; and 1 great grandson, Wyatt Barrett; brother, Darrel Neely and wife, Jan; brother-in-law Jerry Tatum and wife, Darlene; and nieces and nephews.

She loved her family fiercely, was a proud 2-time cancer survivor, loved country music, cats, soap operas and sports especially the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars. Linda worked for Tri-County Electric and retired in 2013.

She will be deeply missed.
