Linda Jean Gee

Linda Jean Gee Nestle, 76, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in a Dallas hospital. Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2023 at Cottondale Cemetery, Paradise. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, December 22, 2023 at White’s Funeral Home Chapel in Springtown. Interment: Cottondale Cemetery, Paradise. Linda was born August 27, 1947 in Oakland, California to Howard Thrasher and Martha Elizabeth Flanagan Thrasher. She was raised in Michigan and attended the Henry Ford College School of Nursing and received her RN degree. She and Paul married in 2002 and shared many things together, including their children and grandchildren. She was also a member of the Decatur 8ers Square Dance Club for 20 years. Linda loved horses and owned several during her life, she was an excellent rider. She also owned two parrots and was very fond of them. Linda was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Paul Nestle; her sons, Cody Gee and Michael Andrew Courser; step-daughter, Kara Herron and husband Chance; nephew, Aaron Harford; two sisters, Mary Beth Harford and Nancy Flanagan; and 3 grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed and remembered by all those relatives and friends who knew her.
