Kenneth L. (KL) Dollahite was born April 27, 1928, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Homer Lee Dollahite and Katy Mae Sherrod. He passed away June 13, 2018, in Decatur, Texas. KL was married to Anita Morrow Dollahite for 29 years. He was a devout Christian and was a long-time member of First Baptist of Springtown where he served on the Hostess Committee. He was very helpful at church during Parker/Jack/Wise wildfire disaster relief. He enjoyed living in the country, working outdoors, travel, playing guitar, collecting hats, knives, axes, guns, and antique tools. Kenneth was a history buff and liked old cowboy movies. He attended school in Waco, Texas, and TCU. He worked at Dr. Pepper Company in Waco and later at Lockheed until retirement. Survivors: Wife, Anita; son Michael Lee Dollahite and wife, Starla; Daughter, Caressa Dawn Lynge and husband, Tom Lynge; Stepdaughter, Simone Kittrell Wright and fiancé, Bart Wiggins; Grandsons, Andrew Michael Lynge, Daniel Steven Lynge and Cameron Allen Wright.
