Keith "Lambo" Lambertus

Keith “Lambo” Lambertus, 67, passed away January 4, 2024 in Millsap. Keith was born July 1, 1956 in Passaic, New Jersey, son of John Otto and Arnhild (Schiffers) Lambertus. After completing his education, Keith would relocate to the west coast, settling in Enumclaw, Washington. Keith proudly and bravely served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he served for 25 years as a firefighter for Enumclaw (15 years) and Buckley (10 years) Fire Departments. He also worked as a technical designer for Boeing for 32 years. Keith met Lisa Marie Chasmar in 1973, and they were married in 1977. They would remain married for 36 years, and had two children together, Matt and Kyle. Keith lived a life of service to others, always helping, teaching and volunteering. Over the years, he did countless hours of service. Most recently, he volunteered with the Mineral Wells Animal Shelter. Keith was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to travel. Some of his favorite pass-times were snowmobiling, riding his motorcycle, fishing, hiking and kayaking. Of all of his loves though, spending time with his friends and family was the closest to his heart. Keith is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Randy Lambertus. Survivors include his two sons, Matt and Kyle Lambertus; brothers, Jay and Scott Lambertus; sister, Jackie Dutton; his partner in life, Tammi Ryan, and her children T.J. Ryan, and Caitlin Munson; and his best buddy, Squatchie.
