Judith Ann Honsberger

Judith “Judy” Ann Honsberger, 81, departed from this life on Friday, August 14, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and love that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Memorial Service: 10 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2026 at White’s Funeral Home Chapel in Springtown.

Judy was born on September 28, 1944, in Berks County, Pennsylvania, to Jervase Herman Brunner and Helen Edith Errick. She spent her early years in Pennsylvania before moving to New York to live with her aunt and uncle. She remained in New York for many years before making her way to Texas in 1976, where she first settled in Dogwood and later made her home in Springtown.

Judy worked in retail at Bells and Levels Grocery Store in Springtown, where she became a familiar and valued part of the community.

Those who knew Judy would describe her as loving, compassionate, joyful, humorous, and stubborn. She had a personality that left an impression, and her humor and strong spirit made her uniquely herself. She loved fiercely and boldly giving her whole heart to the people who mattered most to her.

Judy found joy in the simple things in life. She loved putting together puzzles, camping, listening to old records, and most of all, spending time with her family. Judy also had a special love for cardinals. Their bright red feathers and familiar presence became something beautiful and meaningful to her, and they will always serve as a gentle reminder of her. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a very special place in her heart, and the time she spent with them created memories that will be treasured for generations to come. Judy will be deeply missed by her family and all those who knew and loved her. Though she is no longer with us, her love, laughter, and the memories she created will live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends. Her life was a gift, her memory a treasure, and her love will never be forgotten.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jervase Brunner and Helen Errick; and daughter Beth Ann Roberson.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 46 years, Ray Honsberger; son RJ Honsberger and wife Krystal, grandchildren Emerson Roberson and wife Hannah, Mackenzie, Emrie, and Oliver; great-grandchildren Harlow and Ryker.
