Jorge Ramirez

Jorge Ramirez, loving husband, father, brother and Tata passed away Monday, October 4, 2021. 

Visitation and Rosary: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday October 20, 2021 at White’s Funeral Home, 101 N. E. 4th Ave., Mineral Wells. 

Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 in White’s Mineral Wells Chapel.

 Interment: Woodland Park Cemetery, Mineral Wells. 

Jorge was born February 22, 1951 in Guanajuato, Mexico, son of Reimundo Ramirez and Josefina Rodriguez. He was a very strong man that loved to cook on the grill for friends and family. With a song always in his heart and a cold one in his hand, Jorge loved to dance but above all, he loved his family with all his might. Jorge could accomplish anything he set his mind to. He worked many years for two brickyards, one in Bennett and in Mineral Wells before retiring. Jorge not being one to sit around after retirement, soon found work at Terry Hollis Cutting Horse ranch where he enjoyed working alongside his son, Juan, and granddaughter.

 Jorge was preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors: Loving wife, Carmen Ramirez; children, Jack Baker, Jessica Ramirez, Juan Ramirez (Claudia), Jorge Ramirez Jr. (Consuelo), Elvira Hernandez (Jorge Luis), and Suzie Ramirez (Juventude); grandchildren, Joanna, Ricardo, Aaliya, Ariatne, Angeles, Moises, Pepe, and Tony. Jorge (Tata) will be missed by all that knew him for his wonderful spirit and love for others.
