John Wayne Williams

John Wayne Williams, 70, brother, father, and grandfather passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Azle. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, November 19, 2021 at White's Azle Funeral Home. John was born October 10, 1951 in Luling, Texas to R. B. and Ina Mae Williams. He lived in Luling until the age of 10. John moved with his family to Odessa where he later started his career in the oil fields. He moved to Bridgeport where he and his wife, Patricia raised their family before moving to Azle in 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Patricia Williams. Survivors: Brothers, Edward Lee Williams and wife, Jane, and James T. Williams; sisters, Virginia Miller and Roberta Schulle; children, Jessica Williams, Katherine McCandless and husband, Chance, Kevin Lindsey; step-son, Mitchell Hankins; and numerous grandchildren.
