Jo Lynn Stokley

Jo Lynn Stokley, 80, passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 surrounded by her family. Her family will hold a private memorial service. Mrs. Stokley was born August 30, 1937, daughter of William and Dessie Farmer of Wichita Falls, TX. She married Gerard Stokley on July 16 1965. She was a cosmetologist, seamstress, real estate agent, painter, ceramist and doll maker but first and foremost a mother. Everyone knew her family came first. She was the heart of her family and will be deeply missed. Mrs. Stokley is preceded in death by her brothers, Verbal and Gerald Farmer; and sisters, Glen Ella Collier and Bernice Vivian Stuart. Survivors: husband, Colonel Retired Gerard Henry Joseph Stokley Jr.; son, Micheal Stokley and wife, Sheila, of Rowlett; daughters, Melissa Cammack and husband, Van, of Willow Park, and Michele O’Neal of Euless; grandchildren, Nicholas O’Neal, Derek O’Neal and wife, Amber, Brittany Campbell, Chelsea Campbell, Kendall Stokley, Audrey Cammack, Carter Cammack, and Garrett Cammack; great-grandchildren, Peyton O’Neal, Makayla O’Neal, and Hudson Stokley; sister-in-law, Joan Farmer; and many loved nieces and nephews.
