Jerome Scott Kerby

CORPUS CHRISTI - Jerome Scott Kerby, 55, beloved husband, father, son, brother, nephew and friend passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 at his home.Funeral Service:  2 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2018 in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Avenue, Weatherford, 76086.Interment:  East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford.Visitation:  12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday prior to the service.Scott was born October 15, 1962 in Arlington, son of Jerome Howard and Barbara Smith Kerby.  He served in the United States Navy on a submarine.  Scott had a full life and was a hard worker.  He spent the last six years working for Time Warner.Scott enjoyed living in Corpus Christi and loved to fish and hunt.He was loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Foltz.Survivors:  wife, Carla Kerby; sons, Jerome S. Kerby, Jr. and wife, Beth, and Christopher Kerby;  daughter, April Lockhard and husband, Jacque; father, Howard Kerby and wife, Sylvia; sister, Cheryl Olive and husband, Lance; nephew, Kerby Olive and wife, Katie; niece, Shelby Brown and husband, Josh;  sister, Misti Zamora and husband, Omar; nephew, Christian Zamora; aunt, Catherine Kerby; and many other family members and friends.
