Jeffery Rheudell Maddux

Jeffery Rheudell Maddux was born November 5, 1956 in Fort Worth, and went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 15, 2023. Visitation: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023 at White’s Funeral Home Chapel, 101 N. E. 4th Avenue, Mineral Wells. Funeral Service: Immediately following the visitation. Interment: Ballew Springs Cemetery, Parker County. Jeffery started a flooring company with his wife, Patricia, called Phoenix Tile, and they ran the company together from 1976 until 1998. In 1996 they began farming, and they continued with that work until 2014. The most important thing in Jeffery’s life was his family, and he loved them with all of his heart and was fiercely protective of them all. He also loved his big orange Kubota tractor and his wonderful tool collection. Jeffery had a big heart and was always ready to help anyone in need. He was preceded in death by his father, Crawford Maddux; his youngest son, Brett Maddux; sister, Athena Logan; and aunt, Connie Maddux. Jeffery is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Maddux of Grandview; mother, Ann Maddux of Colleyville; his oldest son, Bryan Maddux and wife, Crystal; his middle son, Blake Maddux and wife, Misty; brother, Corey Maddux and wife, Laurie; uncle, Jimmy Maddux; grandchildren, Taylor Maddux, Kylon and Kadyn Maddux, Dean, Shelbie, Cody, Trevor and Logan Williams; and niece, Mallory Maddux.
