James Edward Pipla

James Edward Pipla, 71, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025 In a Fort Worth Hospital following a long illness

Graveside service: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at DFW National Cemetery.

James was born to Jack and Alice Pipla in Mesa, Arizona May 2, 1954. He served in the United States Navy from 1972 to 1976. He retired from the City of Azle, where he was chosen as the Employee of the Year.

James is proceeded in death by his father, Jack Pipla.

He is survived by his mother, Alice Pipla; brother, Ricky Pipla of Azle; sister, Jackie Pipla Scott of Colorado; niece, Jessica Furdaus and husband, Jason of MN; great niece, Hope Furdaus of MN; Cheryl Hess of Springtown the love of his life.
