Born in Milwaukee, WI, Jackie was reunited with the love of her life, Jack, on October 24, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. Jackie loved the Lord and shared God’s word with everyone she met, touching the hearts of all who spoke with her. She wanted everyone to hear her testimony, and her book, 'Thorns', will continue to touch many lives. By following her example of faith, we can touch even more hearts. Let’s carry on her legacy by bringing God into the lives of others.
Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Brzozowski; her mother, Sophie Zemonvic-Brzozowski; her husband, Jack Szymczak; her Step-Mother Grace Brzozowski and her brother, Michael Sheffler.
Jackie is survived by her five beloved children: Dawn Davis (Pat) and Denice Perico (Jesse) of Wisconsin; and Richard Szymczak (Carly), Roger Szymczak, and Debra Swafford (Doug) of Fort Worth.
She was a devoted grandmother to Samantha Gatzke, Allyson Underhill, Christopher Perico, Amber Garcia, Julianna Szymczak, April Swafford, Justin Swafford, Baylie Swafford, India Perez, and Andrew Perez. She is also survived by many sisters, brothers, cousins, and great-grandchildren.
