Jacqueline “Jackie” Sue Stotts Dickson Merriman passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Arborlawn United Methodist Church, 5001 Briarhaven Rd., Fort Worth, 76109.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Alzheimer's Association , Alzheimer's Association .

Jackie was born April 24, 1938 in Dallas to Robert and Irma Stotts. She graduated from Sunset High School. She later went to work as a professional jingle singer in the Dallas area from the1960s to the 1980s. She was an avid knitter and was a member of multiple knitting guilds in the metroplex. She will be missed by those who knew her.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bobby Stotts; and the love of her life, Thomas Merriman.

Survivors: daughters, Kathryn Howry and husband, Michael, Karen Heard and husband, Rick; and grandchildren, Scott and Bryce Vaughan and Jessica Heard.
