Jackie Joe Moles, Sr.

Jackie Joe Moles, Sr., passed away Monday, October 25, 2021. Graveside Service: 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Eureka Cemetery, Eureka, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, October 29, 2021 at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle 76020. Jackie was born February 5, 1945 in Corsicana. Jackie spent his years driving trucks and busses. His favorite time in all these years was driving the bus for Azle ISD. To this day people tell the stories of him being their bus driver. Even after he didn’t have kids of his own to drive a bus to events for the school it was still his favorite and he was everyone’s biggest fan. Jackie loved his family. His greatest treasure was being married to the love of his life for 35 years. From his marriage came his three children. He spent his days chasing them and supporting them in each of their endeavors. They gave him 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Jackie loved going to ball games and watching these grandchildren. He loved playing pranks on everyone. Jackie and his grandchildren would spends endless amounts of energy trying to scare the other one. Just talk to one of them, the stories are many. He was the typical older gentleman that spent numerous hours down at the local cafe with his friends. Picking up a grandchild and bringing them with him to these many meals was his favorite. He got to show them off. Jackie never met a stranger. He could walk into any room and strike up a conversation with anyone. If you needed him just call and he would drop what he’s doing and rush to help . His kindness and love will forever live in his family and numerous friends. Jackie was preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Moles; mother, Ethelyn Holloway; father, Hugh Holloway; and sister, Kathryn Schriewer. Survivors: Daughters, Kathy Pack and husband, Austin, and Dana Britt and husband, Mike; son, Jackie Moles, Jr and wife, Angela; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
