Jackie Lynn Cooper

Jackie Lynn Cooper, 78, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022 in Azle. Jackie was born November 28, 1943 in Parsons, Kansas to Rufus Lynn and Anna Lou Hughes Cooper. He honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War. Jackie loved to fish and was very active in the Anglers Club. He also liked to play cards and dominos. Jackie dearly loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Girlfriend of 10 years, Lonnie Smith; children, Terry Mourning and Shirley, James Mourning of Azle and Diana Jordon of Arkansas; grandchildren, Marc Alcala, Robbie and Jason Jordon; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan and Hannah Alcala, Steven and Riley Jordon. You will be missed by many.
