Ila Lue Tucker, 90, was born Saturday, February 6, 1932. She was 9th out of 10 children. She was the last of her family to leave the earth and she passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. She was known to everyone who loved her as “Granny Lue”. Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2022 at Willow Springs Cemetery in Willow Park. Lue worked at General Dynamics for 34 years. She was very proud of her job and made many friends. Lue was always proud when she spoke of her working years there because she was able to provide a good life for herself and her family. She was a very dependable, hard worker at everything she did. Lue was a wonderful cook, gardener, seamstress and storyteller. Her wit was unmistakable. She is survived by her three children and their families, David Laboon and wife, Karen, Debbie Schneider and husband, Chuck, and Troy Dan Laboon. She will be greatly missed by her children, and her grandchildren, Brandi Doster, Aaron Laboon, Ryan Laboon, and Ashley Laboon; as well as her great-grandchildren, Luke Miller, Sam Miller, Jack Doster, Kole Doster, Kayleigh Doster, Juliette Laboon, and Rosie Laboon. Our Granny Lue believed in Jesus and we know that her body is absent but she is present with the Lord. We will see you again Granny. We love you.
