Leon was born September 20, 1939 in the Wake community, in Crosby County Texas to Houston and Laura Faye (Shannon) Roberts.Leon met the love of his life, Carol Paetz, and they were married on June 6, 1960; and they would go on to spend nearly 64 happy years together raising their family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Michelle Olivas; and two sisters, Virginia Cox and Bonnie Hostetler.
Left to treasure his memory is his loving wife, Carol Roberts; sons, Houston Carl Roberts and Kevin Joseph Roberts; grandchildren, Joshua Garza, Aubrie Guerrero, Edward Olivas, Paige Claire Roberts, Shannon Roberts, Barbara Roberts, Emilie Roberts; four great-grandchildren, Michelle Garza, Joshua R. Garza, Sawyer Garza, and Sophia Guerrero; brother, Ronnie Roberts (Becky); sister, Mary Tinkle (Kenneth); numerous nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members and friends.Service Schedule
