Herbert Durwood Williams

Herbert Durwood Williams, at the age of 75, left this world on March 20, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. 

Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 27, 2023, at Jaybird Cemetery, Springtown. 

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2023, at White’s Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown, Texas.

 Herbert was born May 14, 1947, in Reno, Texas, to Herbert E. Williams and Nadine Witt. He graduated from L.D. Bell High Scholl in Hurst, Texas. He retired from his profession as a Sheet Metal Estimator at DynaTen after 22 years. He was known for his great sense of pride and love for his family, and, it was clear to all that knew him, family was his greatest joy and priority throughout all his life. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Nadine, and his older brother, Harold Williams and will be laid to rest near them.

 Herbert is survived by his two sons, David Williams and Jarrod Williams; daughter-in-law, Heather R. Williams; grandchildren, Sadie Judd, Savannah Bradford, Jarrod S. Williams, Garrett Williams, Angelo Calderon, Zoë Calderon, Olivia Williams, Leo Calderon; his brother, Gerry Williams, who is now 82 years old and, his beloved canine and best friend, Buster.
