Hannah Isabell Baker, 29, of Azle passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026.

Memorial Service will be at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at White’s Azle Chapel, Azle.

In lieu of flowers the family asks you to fill your local blessing box or donate to your local food pantry.

Hannah was born on October 9, 1996, in Fort Worth, Texas to Stacy Sproles Baker. Hannah’s passion was giving to others. She made it her mission to help fill the blessing boxes in our community. Every year for her birthday friends and family would send packages of food in place of gifts. She really enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Music and spending time with her Lauren and Lily.

Hannah graduated from Azle High School in 2018. She was in love with music from a very young age. The Clarinet was her favorite instrument. Hannah loved Disney movies, holidays and birthdays. She found great joy in planning for all her family get togethers. She had a special love for animals. 

Hannah is survived by her Mother, Stacy Sproles Baker; Grandmother, Lynnette Sproles; Grammy, Barbara Weatherley; Aunt, Kimberly Fowler and Aunt, Amy Sproles; cousins, Lauren and Lily Fowler, Cullin and Cyndi Fowler, Patrick, Parker and Emily Sproles.

Hannah was preceded in death by her Grandpa, Benny Sproles; Grampy, Gary Weatherley; Aunt, Jennifer Sproles; Uncle, Clinton Sproles and Uncle, Cort Fowler.

Hannah was a shining light to everyone who knew her.
