Gweneva Nell (Lanier) West, 82, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024 in Weatherford.
Visitation: 1 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2024 in White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.
Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2024 in White’s Chapel of Memories, Weatherford.
Gweneva was born March 3, 1942 in Lawrence County, Alabama, daughter of Claude and Mildred (Morris) Lanier. She proudly and bravely served her country in the United States Air Force.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Mildred Lanier.
Survivors include her two sisters, Martha Coffey, and Connie Lanier; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family members and life-long friends.
