Grace Aileen Bradshaw

Grace Aileen Bradshaw passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on July 22, 2017, in Weatherford, Texas at the age of 91.Service:  1 p.m. Tuesday at White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave.,  in Weatherford, Texas.  Joel McClure will officiate the ceremony.  Interment:  Tin Top Cemetery.   Visitation:  6 - 8 p.m. Monday at funeral home.   All are welcome to attend and celebrate Grace’s life.Grace was born on January 22, 1926 in Pontotoc, Mississippi to Sam and Lula Steele and was one of nine children. She was blessed with 64 years of marriage to George W. Bradshaw, Jr.Grace worked at Pangburn’s Chocolate in downtown Fort Worth for several years, and many years at Town and Country Dry Cleaners in North Richland Hills, Texas with her best friend and sister, Max Dorrough.  She was an accomplished seamstress and baker.  Her favorite past times where traveling the United States and spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  She was also a dedicated Christian who served the Lord in various churches throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Bradshaw, and her daughter, Sonia Gracelyn Hairston.Grace is survived by her beloved son, George Bradshaw III, grandchildren: Matt Bradshaw (Cerrie), Melissa Hawkins (Tyson), Kelly Talley (Jimmy), Jennifer McNatt (Bill), Amy Hull (Lonnie), Robert Hairston (Brandi), and Eric Hairston (Kathy). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.The family would like to thank the caring staff of Holland Lake Nursing Center, Weatherford Regional Medical Center, and Kindred at Home Hospice.  Special thank you to nurses Randi, Kat, and Carrie who helped ease her passing.
