Fernando Gonzales, 76, of Mineral Wells, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026.

Funeral Service: Monday, June 1, 2026, 10:00 am, at White's Funeral Home Chapel, 404 NE 1st Avenue, Mineral Wells, Texas.

Internment: Monday, June 1, 2026, in Woodland Park Cemetery, Mineral Wells, Texas.

He was born on November 20, 1949, in Brownwood, Texas to Domingo and Margarita Gonzales. Fernando enjoyed Friday night lights at the Ram stadium, watching the Dallas Cowboys games along with western movies and television shows. He would spend countless evenings listening to the music of Elvis Presley and during the summer, he was always ready to go to the lake. Tio was ready to celebrate everyone’s birthday and enjoy some cake! His quiet presence, caring heart, and simple joys brought comfort and happiness to many and will be missed.

Fernando was preceded in death by his parents, Domingo and Maria Margarita Gonzales, and his brother, Reynaldo Gonzales.

He is survived by his siblings, Luciano Gonzales, Yolanda Guinn and Sylvia Gonzales, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory and the love he shared throughout his life. Fernando deeply loved and cared for his family and was happiest spending time with those closest to him.

He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
