Eva Cantu

Eva Cantu, 81, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2019 at a Fort Worth hospital, with her family at her side. Mass of Christian Burial:  1 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at St. Stephen Chapel, 211 South Main St., Weatherford  76086. Interment:  Dicey Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation:  6 – 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. in White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Eva was born November 25, 1937 in Mexico, daughter of Rumaldo Lopez and Clemencia Sanchez.  She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Survivors:  Husband, Alfredo D. Cantu; children, Alfredo Jr., Maria Luiza, Esequiel and Elodia; sons-in-law, Santos Alarcon and Francisco Mireles; daughters-in-law, Maria Garay and Julie Gomez; grandchildren, Alfredo III, Esequiel Jr., Amanda Clarizza, Francisco Antonio Jr., Fabian Alejandro, Santos Maverick, Erik Sebastian, Stephen Austin, Sergio, Anthony, Dubbi, Damian, Yaretzi; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Alfredo, Alejandro, Mateo, Madilyn, Gabriella, Angelina, Manuel, Maria Lily, Savannah Marie, Aaron Alexander, Lucian Edward, Ruxin Wayne, Leah, Emma, and Rylee Mae; sisters, Maria Luisa Barrera, Toni Calloway, Sixta Thomas; brother, Martin Lopez; and many other extended family members and friends.
