To Live Stream Funeral Service Click Here Eloise Rosas Rodriguez, 77, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022 after a lengthy illness. She was blessed to do so at home with her loving family surrounding her. Service: 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 28, 2022 Our Lady of Lourdes, Mineral Wells. Rosary: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, January 27, 2022 White’s Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley, Weatherford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, in Eloise’s honor, to Our Lady of Lourdes Food Bank. Eloise was born in Merkel, Texas on August 6, 1944, daughter of Sixto and Josephine Garcia Rosas. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church since 1957, a member of her beloved Our Lady of Guadalupe Society, and was a member of the Cursillistas. Eloise met and married the love of her life Tommy Rodriguez and they would go on to spend 61 happy years together. In 1971 Eloise and her husband founded Rodriguez Taco House, which would go on the become Rodriguez and Son Restaurant. They would go on to serve the community of Mineral Wells for over 35 years, until their retirement in 2007. While Eloise was active in many areas, her greatest joys were her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her church. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Luis Rosas and Rudolph Rosas; and sister, Jessie Valdez. Pallbearers for the service: Eddie Rodriguez, Eliseo Rodriguez, Elias Rodriguez, Rudy Escobedo, Tommy Escobedo, Aloise Cole, Elaine Quinones, Alfie Guajardo, Phil Garrett, Carlos Lazo, Scotty Fuller, Adrian Rodriguez, and Marco Ybarra. Survivors: Husband, Thomas Rodriguez; son, Cristobal Rodriguez; daughters, Christina Fuller, and husband, Scott, Crescentia R. Mata, and husband, Jesus, Christiana Lazo and husband, Carlos; grandchildren, Alexa Situ, and husband Charlie, Carlos Lazo, Gabriana Lazo, Scotty Fuller, and Adrian Rodriguez; great-grandchildren, Luna and Aria Situ; sisters, Margarita Escobedo, and husband, Pablo, Angela Valtierra and husband, Diego, Gloria Ortiz and husband, Steven, and Irma Valverde; numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Over the years, Eloise touched thousands of lives and will be missed by all who knew her.
