At the end of life, what really matters is not what we bought, but what we built; not what we got, but what we shared; not our competence, but our character; and not our success, but our significance. Live a life that matters. Live a life of LOVE. She was as shining example of living life to the fullest. She survived Polio as a teenager and Covid-19 while always maintaining a positive outlook on life. She built a successful Amway business with her first husband, Patrick Shay, which had a significant impact on many people all over the world. She was a character who loved to play practical jokes on family and friends. She shared anything she could so that family and friends would not go without, but most importantly she shared her love of GOD. Let us honor her memory by paying it forward whether it is with a friendly smile, kind word or paying for a stranger’s meal.
