Dorothy Morgan, 90, of Alton, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2023 at White’s Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Tin Top Cemetery, Weatherford. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association. Dorothy was born on June 2, 1932 in Truscott, Texas, the daughter of Marvin & Effie (New) Wood. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, reading, and collecting thimbles. Dorothy is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Gary (Linda) Morgan of Washington; a daughter and son-in-law, Debra (Franz) Wuellner of Alton, Illinois; two grandsons, Clint (Nicole) Morgan of Burleson, Texas, Blaze Wuellner of Washington, Missouri; a granddaughter, Mallory Wuellner (Fiance' - Charlie Schwaab) of Alton, Illinois; three great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter; a brother, Dean Wood of California; and a sister, Ruby Irvin of Godley, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Effie Wood; her husband, Jack Morgan, Jr.; daughter, Karen Lee Anne Morgan; and a brother, Bill Wood; nephew, Mark Irvin; and great-nephew, Kevin Hall.
