David Eugene Weatherly

David Eugene Weatherly of Boyd Texas; Born September 25, 1952 in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Departed his earthly life on August 8, 2020. 

Preceded in death by his dad, Bill Weatherly. 

Survived by his mom, Winona Roberson Weatherly and brother, Calvin of Tyler Texas, many beloved family members and friends.

David grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and Fall Brook, California. He lived in Wise County most of his adult life. He retired from Bell Helicopter in 2004. He was loved by many, was fondly known as “Cowboy” as he enjoyed the flair of Western dress and his cowboy hat. 

He had a quiet and kind demeanor. Family and friends of David will always remember his goodness and the delight he was to be with when visiting with him.
