Cordelia Christine Spikes

Cordy went to be with the Lord on Monday afternoon, March 18, 2019. 

She was born on May 23, 1954 in Dallas, TX. She grew up in Fort Worth, TX where she attended and graduated from Northside High School.    Cordy was a caring and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was married to Allen for 28 years who she shared a beautiful family and life with. She was a faithful member of Springtown Community Fellowship and had a beautiful servant's heart. She was very proud of her family and adored her 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She loved holidays and family get togethers; she treasured anytime she could spend with the family. She loved going to grandchildren's sporting events, school events, and she loved baking with the grandkids and spending time with them. Cordy never met a stranger, she was kind and welcoming to everybody. She will be missed by all that knew her. 

She was loved and truly amazing.    

She was preceded in death by Hector Diaz (Father), Elvira Diaz (Mother), Sara Spikes (Mother-in-Law), David Spikes (Brother-in-Law), Robert Spikes (Son), & Marcus Sampson (Grandson).  

 She was survived by her husband Allen Spikes, 1 Brother, 6 Sons, 1 Daughter, 15 Grandchildren, & 1 Great Grandchild.   

Her service will be held at White's Funeral Home, Monday, March 25, 1:00 pm in Springtown, TX.
